Challenging the norm

The Challenge

AMDH’s founder, Andrew Horler, approached QBD as a four-year project working on a large-scale digital transformation project for a large local authority was drawing to a close.

He was looking for an upgrade on his existing website to attract and engage potential new clients, and better showcase the firm’s specialisms and breadth of services in the digital transformation space.

With plans to grow the business and recruit staff, Andrew needed a website that better reflected the AMDH brand and USPs, and communicated the main service areas his business offers and how they help solve its clients’ biggest ICT challenges.  

He also wanted the new site to become a central resource for all of AMDH’s communications, allowing him to share content, blogs, case studies and other resources quickly and easily via social media and other marketing channels. 

A fresh approach

The Solution

Following an initial discovery session, we set about designing and developing a new website based on a user journey that identifies and provides solutions to clients’ biggest common pain points.

The navigation was split to cover the five main services areas the business offers.

We carried out in-depth SEO research for each of these, before creating content around each of the keywords we identified to explore each issue in detail.  

Ongoing blog content has been provided to improve the site’s overall SEO, feed AMDH’s social media channels and provide useful insight and information about a host of ICT-related topics to potential clients.

The Impact

The new website has enabled Andrew to take his business to the next level and has given him a credible platform to direct potential clients to on social media and after conversations at events and networking meetings.

Since the ongoing blogs and SEO have started, traffic to the site has increased three-fold and the website is ranking highly and getting found in organic search for some of the specific keywords relating to AMDH’s key services.
