The Challenge

Exhibit Interactive tasked QBD with completely revamping its existing website to better reflect its brand, range of services and customer offering. 

Already a successful growing business, it wanted a new online platform to solidify its reputation alongside other agencies in the events and exhibition space and showcase its unique selling points. 

Ei wanted to bring greater emphasis to its creative, sustainable and affordable solutions, and its  collaborative, design-led approach to helping clients better engage with their audiences at events. 

It wanted the website to capture its contemporary brand and style and, as a design-led business, give clients a flavour of the creativity it has to offer. 

It was also looking for ongoing support with its SEO and digital marketing to build its credibility and visibility in the search engines, extend its online reach and attract more ideal customers.

The Solution

We held an in-depth discovery workshop with the senior leadership team at Exhibit Interactive to gain a deeper understanding of the business, its brand and strategic objectives for the website. It was clear the client wanted to take a fresher, more direct approach to communicating its offer, differentiating it from the competition, demonstrating its creative credentials and showcasing its breadth of services and solutions. 

Our in-house design team developed a creative concept for the website based on combining an easy-to-use navigation structure with a distinctive visual identity for a highly-impactful user experience. Meanwhile, our creative content team worked with the client to develop the tone of voice, messaging and communication style for the website’s written content. 

Strong and direct calls to action were implemented throughout each site to prompt plenty of customer enquiries. We conducted a full SEO review to identify the right keywords for each of its services and ensure  it was optimised ready for launch.

We supported this with ongoing SEO and digital marketing, including paid ads, monthly blogs, social media and lead generation, to increase website traffic, boost social media followers and engagement. We also implemented a lead generation sales funnel, based around a dedicated website landing page, downloadable guide and email campaign, to generate sales enquiries.

The Impact

Since launch, the new website has helped Exhibit Interactive reposition itself as an affordable strategic creative events partner and attract more customers. It gives customers a better understanding of Ei’s ethos, mission and values, as well as showcasing its design process and the creativity and innovation it offers. 

A strong focus on calls to action from each website to find out more has enabled potential customers to get in touch more easily. 

Website traffic has increased by more than 1800% since launch, and the site now ranks for 134 keywords, a 135% increase over 12 months. Overall, the site attracts hundreds of unique visitors each month, with most traffic coming from organic searches. 

On social media, it has seen engagement up by 58%. And the sales funnel has seen many sales prospects leave their contact details in exchange for a free downloadable PDF guide and bonus content.
